AMMONIUM SULPHATE

Ammonium sulfate (NH4) 2SO4. In the form of an amonyum (NH4)  21% nitrogen (N) and in the form of a sulfate (SO4) 24% sulfur (S) contains. The aqueous solution shows weak acid property. Insoluble in ethanol and acetone. Ammonium alum, oxides of nitrogen-free sulfuric acid, viscose rayon fabrics and fireproof construction, cooling mixtures of analytical chemistry in the preparation of leather, the galvanizing of iron, protein sedimentation and widely used as a chemical nitrogen fertilizer.
